Arrive, settle in, switch off
Allow 15 minutes to talk things through and get comfortable. Pay on the day.

Payment: on the day of your appointment, either before your treatment begins or when it finishes.

Cancellations: please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment. Later cancellations are charged at 50% of the treatment. If something unexpected happens, let Nic know as soon as you can and she will do her best to help.
